1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using why57.com or 57's software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services Provided

57 provides custom software development, business automation, and our flagship product, 57Seconds. Project scopes, timelines, and fees are defined directly in our master services agreements or proposals with individual clients.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated in your custom development contract, all website content, design, and internal methodologies belong to 57. Custom code developed for clients becomes the property of the client upon final payment, as dictated by signed agreements.

4. 57Seconds Usage

Users of 57Seconds must ensure they have obtained necessary consent (such as TCPA or equivalent compliance) before sending automated review SMS messages to their end customers. We do not assume liability for misuse of the platform to send unsolicited spam.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 57 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
